The Effect

House Plan:

The purchase of these house plans provides you with construction documents in PDF format (option for DWG/CAD file format available at extra cost).  Construction documents are set to A1 paper size (24" x 36”), and the sheets included in the construction document package can be found under the services tab, ‘What’s Included.’  We recommend printing in black and white for cost effective prints.  The license to construct a single structure on a single lot only also entitles you the right to print drawing sets to distribute to required sub-trades and consultants for use on the licensed lot. 

All sales are final.

 

Please review lot dimensions and any restrictions on your lot/zoning before purchasing the house plan as all purchases are non-refundable.

When purchasing from Uprise House Plans, you will receive your file (PDF, DWG, and/or JPG formats) delivered by email to the email address provided within 1-2 business days.  If product is labeled ‘DELAYED,’ you will receive your files within 10-15 business days of purchase.

Uprise Design + Drafting Inc. and Uprise House Plans retains title and ownership of all plans.  Under this agreement you cannot remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the material.

All house plans are designed to comply with the British Columbia Building Code (British Columbia, Canada) and the local code in the Kelowna and Lake Country area.  Every municipality, province/state, or country will have a variation in their own building, engineering and code requirements.  Please check at your local building department to comply to their code and permit regulations.

Package Options

BASIC PACKAGE - Construction Documents with Site Plan
The Basic Package is the single license to build the house plan. You will receive a digital Construction Document Package for Building Permit (see What's Included under the Services section) with a Lot Specific Site Plan. You can also schedule a customization meeting with one of our Design Technologists to discuss any changes you want to make to the plan. Those customizations will be quoted separately at our current hourly rate.

STANDARD PACKAGE
The Standard Package is the Basic Package PLUS the analysis of your Topographic Survey* to know and understand how the house interacts with your site. The Standard Package includes our 3D BIMx Virtual Model of the exterior of the house with the 3D topography of your building suite. This package is highly recommended by builders for all homeowners!
*Topographic Survey to be provided from client, at the cost of the client.

PREMIUM PACKAGE
Complete Exterior + Interior 3D Virtual Model and BIMx Docs. Walk through your new house virtually and get the combination of a 3D Model with the Full Construction Document set incorporated. Give you and your builder the 3D Advantage.
