Uprise House Plans requires all necessary site information to create your accurate site plan for your building permit.  Once all of the necessary site information is emailed to uprise.houseplans@gmail.com.

Lot #

District with Jurisdiction

Zoning

Site Plan (PDF or DWG file format) with legible lines and dimensions - preferably a survey certificate

Front, side and rear yard setbacks

Property Line Geodetic Elevation Information

Any easements, right-of-ways, and/or covenants on the lot

Any additional restrictions on the lot

Please make sure that the house plan purchased does fit within all lot setbacks and any restrictions on the land before purchasing.  All purchases are non-refundable.  If required, plan revisions are offered at an hourly rate.

All information provided for the site plan will be taken as legitimate site information.  Additional changes due to inaccurate site information will be charged at an hourly rate.
