Please review lot dimensions and any restrictions on your lot/zoning before purchasing the house plan as all purchases are non-refundable.

When purchasing from Uprise House Plans, you will receive your file (PDF, DWG, and/or JPG formats) delivered by email to the email address provided within 1-2 business days.  If product is labeled ‘DELAYED,’ you will receive your files within 10-15 business days of purchase.

Uprise Design + Drafting Inc. and Uprise House Plans retains title and ownership of all plans.  Under this agreement you cannot remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the material.

All house plans are designed to comply with the British Columbia Building Code (British Columbia, Canada) and the local code in the Kelowna and Lake Country area.  Every municipality, province/state, or country will have a variation in their own building, engineering and code requirements.  Please check at your local building department to comply to their code and permit regulations.

The base pricing for our Single Family Homes is $2,999 CAD. The base pricing includes the following:

• One license to Build 1 Uprise House Plan
• Construction Document Package for Building Permit (see What's Included under the Services section)
• A customization meeting with one of our Design Technologist (if needed)
   

In addition to our Base Pricing above, the Visualization Packages below include more services + products to enhance your House Plan experience:

BASIC PACKAGE - Construction Documents with Site Plan: $3,499
The Basic Package is the single license and construction documents from 'Website Only' with the addition of a Lot Specific Site Plan with the building footprint + site coverage information.

STANDARD PACKAGE: $3,999
The Standard Package is the Basic Package PLUS the analysis of your Topographic Survey* to know and understand how the house interacts with your site. This package is Highly recommended by Builders.
*Topographic Survey to be provided from client, at the cost of the client.

PREMIUM PACKAGE: $4,499
3D Model Exterior Visualization allows you to navigate the exterior of your home in a virtual model, including the Site Plan and Topographic Analysis from the Basic and Standard Packages.

TOTAL PACKAGE: $5,499
Complete Exterior + Interior 3D Virtual Model and BIMx Docs. Walk through your new house virtually and get the combination of a 3D Model with the Full Construction Document set incorporated. Give you and your builder the 3D Advantage.
