House Plan:
The purchase of these house plans provides you with construction documents in PDF format (option for DWG/CAD file format available at extra cost). Construction documents are set to A1 paper size (24" x 36”), and the sheets included in the construction document package can be found under the services tab, ‘What’s Included.’ We recommend printing in black and white for cost effective prints. The license to construct a single structure on a single lot only also entitles you the right to print drawing sets to distribute to required sub-trades and consultants for use on the licensed lot.
