Topographic Modeling

Provide us with a Topography Survey of your lot and we will create a 3D Model of it!  The topography of your lot provides us designers with so much information so that your House Plan can be customized to your actual lot.  Most building sites are not flat and often create surprises to homeowners and builders throughout the build if they are not aware of the slopes in the road, slopes in the land, or retaining wall requirements.  Our eyes can play tricks on us, making us believe our lot is flat, but a topographic survey is really the only way to truly know.  Do not leave any unknown information for your builder to discover, but instead prepare your House Plan to match your lot by purchasing the Add-On Topographic Modelling.  Contact your local surveyor to provide you with a topographic survey and then email that information to uprise.houseplans@gmail.com once you have purchased your House Plan and Topographic Modeling Add-On!
